Workshop:
In order to introduce new features into our method of editing we went on a trip to Barry Island where we experimented with green screen and after affects in addition to Premiere Pro. We looked at existing music videos that featured heavy use of effects and green screen such as Busted's "Year 300" and Avril Lavigne's "Girlfriend".
We then planned our backgrounds and actors to be used, gathered the images and videos from various internet sources that related to the original music videos use of backgrounds.

We went on to begin the filming. During this stage we were challenged with balancing performance with props lip-synching and also the clipping of the green screen. We also had to consider the lighting in terms of hot spots and even lighting.
The final stage was to edit the clips together and add the green screen footage. From this technique I was able to effectively learn keying and chromo keying.
